Ingredients
Slaw Ingredients
  • 1/2 small head of red cabbage sliced
  • 1/2 small head of green cabbage sliced
  • 4 carrots shaved
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Slaw Instructions
  1. In a food processor, using the shredding disc, shred red and green cabbage and carrots

  2. Chop scallions

  3. Add all slaw ingredients to a big bowl

Dressing Instructions
  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook on medium heat until sugar is dissolved; pour mixture over slaw, cover and refrigerate
